Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free plan

The Free plan is free and requires no payment.

Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately, fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at admin@forgendo.com and we will review your case in good faith.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
