Billing & subscriptions
- Bought on Forgendo (Stripe): manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard billing page.
- Bought on JVZoo: your subscription, renewals and refunds are managed through JVZoo. Refer to your JVZoo receipt.
Account access
Log in any time at app.forgendo.com. If you purchased through JVZoo, make sure you create your account with the same email used at checkout so your plan activates automatically.
For anything else, just email admin@forgendo.com — a real person will read it.
