Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Forgendo, operated by FINALEADS LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Forgendo generates SEO articles and publishes them as standalone pages on cloud platforms — either on infrastructure you connect with your own API keys (“BYO”), or, on the Free plan, on our managed Cloudflare infrastructure.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, deceptive, hateful, adult/explicit, or that violates the terms or policies of any cloud provider, search engine, or third party. You must have the rights to any anchor text, target URLs and material you publish.

4. Your content & responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish and for its compliance with applicable laws and third-party policies (including search engine guidelines). You grant us the limited right to process and publish your content to perform the Service.

5. Connected providers

When you connect your own cloud or AI keys, you authorize us to use them to publish on your behalf. You remain responsible for any costs, limits or terms of those third-party accounts.

6. Managed infrastructure (Free plan)

Free-plan content may be published on our shared infrastructure. We may, at our discretion, remove content or suspend accounts that abuse this infrastructure or breach these Terms, to protect the Service and other users.

7. Plans, billing & renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Taxes may apply.

8. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. No guarantee of results

We provide a publishing and indexing tool. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, indexing outcomes, or that third-party platforms will keep any content online. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FINALEADS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
