These Purchase Terms apply to the Forgendo Agency subscription sold through JVZoo. By completing your purchase you agree to the terms below. They are in addition to our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. The product
Forgendo Agency is a software subscription that lets you generate content and publish it across cloud platforms (Cloudflare, Netlify, GitHub Pages, Microsoft Azure) with links to your chosen URLs, and submit those pages for indexing. The Agency plan includes up to 5,000 published links per month.
2. Billing & renewal
The Agency plan is $199 USD per month, billed automatically each month through JVZoo until you cancel. Your subscription renews on the same date each billing cycle. JVZoo is the authorized retailer and payment processor for this purchase.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through JVZoo (using your JVZoo receipt). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests are handled through JVZoo. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Account access
Create your Forgendo account using the same email address used at checkout — this is how your Agency plan is matched to your account and activated automatically.
6. Bring-your-own keys & third-party costs
Forgendo lets you connect your own cloud and AI provider keys. You are responsible for your own third-party accounts, their usage costs, and compliance with each provider’s terms of service. Forgendo is not responsible for charges, suspensions or bans on accounts you connect.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use Forgendo only for lawful purposes and to publish legitimate content. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, and for compliance with the terms of the platforms you publish to and of search engines.
8. No guaranteed results
Forgendo is a publishing and indexing tool. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, indexing outcomes, or any specific results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
